Wine Story
2022 Chevalier du Grand Robert Sauvignon Blanc is grown on the hottest and driest soils of the Languedoc region in southern France and thrives on the dry, pebbly terrain. Harvested in the month of September and fermented in stainless steel tanks, this is a classic presentation of French Sauvignon Blanc featuring intense citrus, rounding herbs, and a fresh palate.
Tasting Notes
Bright citrus and fresh, green herbs and on the nose, lemon zest and a hint of melon on the palate, and a lingering finish that features a crisp, minerality.
Enjoy with herb-roasted chicken or grilled pork chops, soft cheese and cured meat platters, sushi, a low-country boil, or with crisp, summer salads.
Key Features
