The Haut-Médoc appellation makes up roughly two-thirds of Bordeaux’s greater Médoc district, located in southwestern France on the left bank of the Gironde estuary.  Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are the region’s dominant grape varietals, and this 2019 Chevalier du Grand Robert beautifully presents this region’s iconic blend by offering a rich and supple drinking experience.
Tasting Notes
Ruby red in color with ripe, red fruits and discreet smoke on the nose, black currant and cherry on the palate, and a complex, well-structured finish.
