2021 Maison Riche Haut-Médoc is predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, balanced with Merlot. This classic blend exhibits an intense, deep red color,spicy, well-ripened fruits on the nose, and a dense and complex mouthfeel. An excellent food wine, this Haut-Médoc was seemingly made as the perfect companion to grilled, red meat, with just the right amount of tannin to balance the fat.

Well-ripened red fruits and complex spices on the nose, this is a rather full-bodied wine that offers balanced tannins, more red fruit on the palate, and rich, lingering finish.

Enjoy with hearty red meats, rich lamb chops, grilled pork ribs, or as an interesting accompaniment to seafood stews.
