Wine Story
2022 Chevalier du Grand Robert Flamant Dry Rosé was born in a Mediterranean climate and crafted from grapes that were grown in chalky-clay soils to produce an intense nose and a round, expressive of bright red fruits. Harvest takes place during the early September from which the grapes are direct pressed before undergoing cold fermentation in stainless steel containers.
Tasting Notes
Intense pink in color, this well-balanced rosé from southern France expresses notes of raspberry and strawberry on the nose and palate. A wine that is round and fruity with excellent acidity.
Pairings
Serve with salads, grilled fish or Mediterranean cuisine. Serve well-chilled.
