Wine Story
2022 Maison Riche Dry Rosé is from the Limoux region of southern France, which lies on the Aude River, roughly 30 km (19 mi) due south of Carcassonne. This wine offers a pale raspberry color with an intense nose of red berries. A product of clay and limestone soils, and stainless steel fermentation tanks, it’s an extremely versatile wine that pairs well with almost any light fare but also stands alone.
Tasting Notes
Peach and white flower on the nose, a balanced but crisp acidity with raspberry and strawberry on the palate, and a delicate, fruity finish.
Pairings
Enjoy with seafood-based cuisine, light pastas, spicy pork BBQ, crisp summer salads, cheese and charcuterie, or creamy desserts.
