Tasting Notes
Red fruit including black currant, cherry, and blackberry on the nose with light spice and green pepper on the palate and a balanced finish.
Enjoy with barbecued baby-back ribs or any grilled, spiced meats, but come winter, pair with hearty stews or slow-roasted lamb shank.
Key Features
Hand-harvested and vinified separately to bring out the terroir in every bottle
